ChatGPT’s web search works, but it sometimes misses recent information or gives you slightly stale results.

Gemini also wins on reasoning scores – 77.1% on ARC-AGI-2 versus ChatGPT’s 73.3%. For tasks that require genuine logical thinking rather than pattern matching – analysing data, working through a complex problem step by step, or finding a needle in a haystack of 1 million tokens – Gemini is genuinely smarter.
